Expand Where do lessons take place?
I practise at two London locations ;
  • London W14 (opposite the Olympia exhibition centre in West Kensington)
  • The Clapham Common Clinic [only on Monday evenings]
Full contact details can be obtained by selecting the "Contact" menu option.

Expand Are you near to public transport?
Yes. Less than 5 minutes walk from Kensington (Olympia) Tube and National Rail station.
West Kensington tube station is a 10 minute walk.
Clapham Common station is the nearest tube to the Clapham Common Clinic and is only a few minutes walk away.

Expand How much does it cost per lesson ?

£40 (W14 concessions available) £45 at the Clapham Common Clinic

45 minutes (1 hour for the 1st lesson at the same price)

The first lesson includes introduction and necessary questions on a pupil's health.

The HealthShield corporate plan does, listed under "Complementary Therapies". Please check your individual policy for details to be sure.

Expand Can I get help for the AT through my GP?
Probably not. BUT ... If you have postural problems, ask your GP if their Practice will recommend you to their PCT (Primary Care Trust) HQ for funding for six lessons (as recommended by the BMJ Report): the more patients who request Alexander Technique help, the more quickly this will become commonplace.
